Specific responsibilities in this role include:  

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. 
  • Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules based on client needs. 
  • Provide expertise in areas such as financial management, supply chain management, manufacturing, and master planning within Dynamics 365 F&O. 
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for clients to showcase Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities. 
  • Assist with data migration, integration, and customization tasks as needed. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and functionality. 
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and advise clients on best practices. 

Qualifications that will help you stand out: 

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant Associate) is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems, with a focus on financial management, supply chain management, and/or manufacturing. 

Minimal qualifications for this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related fields.  
  • Strong understanding of business processes, and industry standards. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics F&O, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and Office 365. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. 
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) is desirable.
