Specific responsibilities in this role include:  

Develop Comprehensive Marketing Plans: 

  • Create and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the home healthcare and financial industries. 
  • Align marketing initiatives with the company’s overall business goals and objectives. 

Market Research and Analysis: 

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. 
  • Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth. 

Brand Management: 

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. 
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to reinforce the company’s identity in the market. 

Industry-Specific Positioning: 

  • Tailor marketing messages to highlight the unique value proposition of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions for the home healthcare and financial industries. 

Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: 

  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and events. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. 

Content Creation and Management: 

  • Create high-quality, industry-specific content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to generate relevant and engaging content. 

Lead Generation: 

  • Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects in the home healthcare and financial sectors. 
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to track and manage leads through the sales funnel. 

Lead Nurturing: 

  • Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns to engage and educate prospects, moving them through the buyer’s journey. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up on qualified leads. 

Digital Marketing: 

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. 
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and online engagement to improve digital marketing performance. 

Digital Analytics and Reporting: 

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. 
  • Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies. 

Team Management: 

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing goals. 
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and coordination on marketing initiatives. 
  • Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to continuously improve marketing efforts. 

Customer Engagement: 

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Create customer success stories and testimonials to showcase the positive impact of the company’s solutions. 

Customer Retention: 

  • Implement marketing programs to retain existing customers and encourage loyalty. 
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. 

Industry Events and Conferences: 

  • Plan and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s solutions. 
  • Network with industry professionals and potential clients to build relationships and generate leads. 

 

Own Partnership Health Strategy: 

  • Own strategy on maintaining Microsoft Partnership health, Partner Center activities, scorecard, etc. 

Microsoft Co-Sell Strategy: 

  • Own creating and executing co-sell strategy. 
  • Develop and implement To-Microsoft marketing strategy. 
  • Manage co-sell processes (register deals in Partner Center, align with Microsoft sellers, etc.) and RI enablement. 

RI’s Microsoft GTM Strategy: 

  • Own Microsoft GTM strategy. 
  • Understand Microsoft’s FY GTM strategy and align with RI. 
  • Work with the RI team to manage other partners as needed, including Acumatica. 
  • Collaborate with industry associations, influencers, and partners to expand the company’s reach and credibility in the home healthcare and financial sectors. 

Qualifications that will help you stand out:

Experience in the marketing role related to Microsoft Dynamics

Minimal qualifications for this role:

  • 3 years of applicable marketing experience
  • 7 years of working experience
