About the impact you will be making:

Do you want to take a leadership position at a growing client services organization and take our client relationship management practice to the next level? As a part of Reach’s Leadership team, in this strategic role you will collaborate closely with other leaders to ensure alignment with our values, strategic objectives, and company roadmap.

As a strong leader you must both personally deliver consistent, predictable and high-quality results, as well as lead a team to do the same. You will be responsible for all aspects of the solutions delivery, business and managing professional services staff.

Specific responsibilities in this role include: 

  • Conceptualize, guide and develop solutions that allow clients to use technology to solve their business issues
  • Strong commercial, quantitative and analyzing skills with the ability to deliver revenue and profit growth initiatives and influence business strategy
  • Work effectively at Leadership Management level internally and with clients
  • Oversee project deliverables to make sure they are completed within allotted time frame and budget
  • Ensures that the Services team is tightly integrated and is proactive in participating throughout all aspects of our selling Process (marketing, sales, pre-sales, implementation, engagement management)
  • Participate in development of a formal Statement of Work
  • Manage, measure and assume responsibility for Client Satisfaction
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage high levels of workload
  • Continuously reviews our solution offerings to ensure we are most effectively going after these market opportunities.
  • Guide and grow the Services team through strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Make hire, fire, promote and other personnel decisions as necessary within the Professional Services business.
  • Conduct performance feedback reviews that are actively shared with team members
  • Own the implementation methodology for Professional Services.

  • Able to influence the scope and management of initiatives across organizational boundaries
